Management encourages a involvement of all staff and a fluid communication among all the members of the organization to achieve better results that favor growth of it, achieving business results that guarantee us the continuity and that allow us to be a benchmark in our sector. In order to do so, the context in which we find ourselves at all times and the impact on the concerned parties with which the organization has a relationship, following the established and reviewed annually by the Management.
From the annual review of the Business Plan, the objectives that allow the control of the different processes by means of the follow-up of the fixed indicators, with the purpose of improving them day by day, pursuing to obtain the maximum efficiency.
La mission of the Company is to provide solutions to the market in the hidden anchoring system for fastening floating cladding on ventilated facades.
For this mission to be accomplished, we must:
- Know the needs of customers.
- Be up to date with the materials on the market for the different claddings.
- Design high quality anchors that meet all customer requirements and the regulations and standards that apply to them.
- Comply with all regulations and legal requirements.
- Select suppliers that accept the commitment to seek continuous improvement for the manufacture of the products that we have designed, carrying out the corresponding monitoring in each of their processes.
- Likewise, select personnel to be subcontracted to carry out the different executions of works that are committed to the organization, following all the guidelines and established work systems.
- Ensure at all times that the equipment and machines used in all processes are in perfect condition, having carried out the corresponding maintenance.
- Offer a good customer service, always with the aim of delivering the products you need at all times when stipulated.
To achieve this, we have the collaboration of all the Organization's staff, who are expected to comply with the established work systems and contribute initiatives to improve the development of the different processes.
This policy is communicated to all Company personnel, being reviewed by Management whenever it is deemed appropriate, to adapt it to any change that occurs in the Organization.
