🔹 CHALLENGE

The installation of large-format stones (up to 3,6 meters high by 1,2 meters wide and weighing 260 kg) posed a major technical challenge, especially since they had to be placed using a break-joint method. There was no suitable tool on the market for moving these pieces, so a specific gripper had to be designed. Furthermore, assembly had to be done from the bottom up and in rows, and the presence of the window frames further complicated the process by requiring careful coordination with other trades.

🔹 SOLUTION
A custom gripper was designed and manufactured to handle the large stones accurately and safely. Through detailed planning, exhaustive on-site measurements, and technical leadership, clear guidelines were established that facilitated the work of the rest of the team.
