Residential complex located on the island formed by Paseo Garcia Faria, Lopez de Vega, Junquera and Perelló streets in Barcelona. The location of the buildings is very privileged since they are on the Ronda Litoral with views of the sea. It is a set of three blocks in which the architects have designed two of the facades with large ceramic enclosures in the formation of a ventilated facade. Due to its proximity to the sea, all the structural elements of the system have been protected with marine lacquer as well as direct anchors in stainless steel. 316, the system chosen to support the façade has been PF-ALT/SV.
