Facades with stone cladding

Residential building located in Poble Nou in Barcelona. The façades were conceived using different materials such as Composite with large free vertical sections and horizontal interlock placement, the rear façade was designed with small sized plates by ceramist Toni Cumella who offered the possibility of making pieces of different types that combined gave a set. of textures, of great variability and unshading. The pieces are matte and shiny, always toned in gray and gold, with the matte piece placed alternately upside down to enhance the texture. The construction system adopted was designed by Sistema MASA in its MASA Specials section. Also worth highlighting is the placement throughout the entire ground floor with vertically textured granite cladding placed horizontally with pieces of different sizes. Cushioned placement with GR-AM-HOR retention mass anchors.
