Challenge

The rehabilitation of the Estel Building presented a significant technical challenge due to deviations and discontinuities in the supporting wall. Ensuring the verticality and stability of the cladding, along with the installation of large-format panels (over 2 meters high) , demanded a highly precise and adaptable fixing system. Furthermore, the intervention had to be harmoniously integrated with the existing structure, optimizing load and stress distribution.

A satisfactory solution

En CELO Façades, we designed and implemented tailor-made solutions for this project:
✔️ They were used squads of different dimensions and a metal substructure in the areas where the irregularities were most pronounced.
✔️ A was used rear-dos fixing system which allowed the installation of staples without restrictions, optimizing structural stability.
✔️ For the installation of the large format plates, were designed and manufactured special tweezers, ensuring a safe and efficient process.

Results

Our intervention ensured a precise, stable, and secure installation , respecting the building's aesthetics and functionality. The application of advanced technical solutions allowed for the successful completion of the Estel Building 's renovation , optimizing load distribution and guaranteeing the durability of the fixing system.
