From Sistema Masa We have participated in the construction of 18 new homes on 127 Espronceda Street in Barcelona. This fantastic project has been added to the ventilated facades and is covered with stone veneer.

The building is made up of 18 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, parking spaces, a storage room and two commercial premises with a terrace. All finishes are of the highest quality and made with the best techniques. The coating is made of Bateig Stone and Composite, ideal for this type of designs.
The homes, located a few minutes from the beach and the Rambla de Poblenou, are very comfortable and bright, as they are open to the outside thanks to their large windows and terraces. Of this project, we highlight its fully functional distribution and its design that guarantees maximum use of all rooms. Finally, all apartments are equipped with the latest technology to guarantee energy savings and efficiency.
Anchoring systems
For the execution of the project we have chosen our PF-ALU/HPL and PF-ALT/SO-S anchoring systems. The first allows the vertical profiles to be arranged randomly, independently of the vertical joints of the cladding. On the other hand, the second is a hidden system made up of vertical uprights of different types and designed especially for thin, large-format cladding.
