PF-ALU/HPL system

Description

With this the profile-staple, Sistema Masa has managed to surpass itself and any other product on the market due to its great versatility and assembly speed, allowing the arrangement of the vertical profiles in a random manner, regardless of the position of the vertical joints of the cladding. It is a system that allows exceptional assembly performance by not requiring screws to fix the plates, ensuring the stability of the cladding assembly thanks to the innovation of a new design of the centerers that makes it possible to maintain different thicknesses in the vertical joints ( from 1 mm to 10 mm), while centering and favoring the flatness of the coating. It is especially recommended for cladding with sections in a vertical position or with a free vertical joint.

Features

Technical specifications:
· Minimum thickness of the cladding: 20 mm.
· Minimum recommended joint: 6 mm. horizontal and free vertical.
· Machining: continuous groove, drill or visible flange.
· Calculations made with maximum densities of 3000 kg/m3.

PF-ALU/HPL System Families
The horizontal profiles that make up the PF-ALU/HPL system are sold in 3 models: PF-ALU/HPL-40, PF-ALU/HPL-60 and PF-ALU/HPL-120 depending on thickness, dimension and position. of the facing plates. These clip profiles are integral with the PF-ALU vertical profiles and ES-ALU fastening elements in all three versions, which allows the system regulation to be kept intact.

With the increase in KNAUF's WM.es type light enclosures, which require good vertical and horizontal planimetry, new calculation tables have been studied to be able to install the HPL clamp profiles, to anchor them directly to the enclosure and integral to KNAUF's own vertical structure (EXP. ITEC. QP-IT-4158-01.A).

PF-ALU/HPL-40
Optimal Horizontal Profile for holding low-height pieces of 40/60 cm. Its limited dimension allows optimizing the separation between the PF-ALU profiles, achieving greater competitiveness with pieces in a horizontal position with a continuous horizontal and free vertical joint, and thicknesses of 10 to 20 mm. Requires slot e: 2 mm undercut.

PF-ALU/HPL-60
Horizontal profile with greater inertia, to accommodate pieces of intermediate height of 60/100 cm. It is the most used clip profile model, since it covers the vast majority of parts normally studied. It also allows greater flexibility, since it adapts correctly to small parts without losing its competitiveness, and to larger parts without losing its resistance. Requires slot e: 5.3 mm undercut. Thicknesses from 20 to 50 mm.

PF-ALU/HPL-120
Horizontal profile with high inertia, specially designed to support large pieces, preferably in a vertical position, with a continuous horizontal and free vertical joint.
Requires slot e: 5.3 mm undercut (idem PF-ALU/HPL-60).
