KERF System

Recommended system for stone materials with a cladding design for free vertical joints, in any position, while maintaining a continuous horizontal joint. The horizontal profiles are fixed integrally to the L-shaped profile only and are available in three sizes: HPL-3, HPL-40, and HPL-60, depending on the thickness (from 120 mm to 20 mm) and the size of the cladding panels. The system allows for exceptional installation performance as it does not require screws to secure the panels, ensuring the stability of the cladding assembly thanks to the innovation of a new bushing design that absorbs expansions and contraction of the assembly. It also offers the possibility of maintaining different thicknesses in the vertical joints (from 50 mm to 2 mm), while centering and promoting the flatness of the cladding. Machining is done using an undercut groove that allows the cladding to be installed in a single top-to-bottom movement.
