Today we present you a new single-family housing project located in Castelldefels. For us, these types of designs are a challenge, since we must adapt to the characteristics and specifications of each home. In this case, we have participated in the rehabilitation of a building that had the objective of changing the volumetry and cladding.

For the change in volume and covering, large-format Sintered Ceramic plates from the company Casa Inalco have been chosen, providing an innovative and discreet finish, and a soft texture. Likewise, a 6 cm thermal insulation has been installed inside the chamber, ideal for protecting and insulating from the cold.

For project execution The PF-ALT-SO-S anchoring system has been used, a mixed system with mechanical and chemical support. In addition, it is completely hidden and is made up of vertical uprights of different types and designed especially for thin-thick, large-format coverings such as Sintered Ceramic.
